Ozina Camp was the nature escape we dreamt of. It was intense because of different reasons. But most of all it was healing and eye opening.
Maybe all we needed in life was sweating and sleeping in a yurt surrounded by nothing but nature. Maybe all I needed was showering naked in the woods standing on a stone. Maybe it was feeding chicken with salad watching my child completely bloom talking about the birds as her children while petting a cat who was friend with her kids and the dog as well.
Ozina came to us in a time when everything feels like a whirlwind and I feel like I couldn't keep up.
Although I am the one running while my life is always two steps behind. Paradox.
Energy flowing from the earth into my feed. The grounding I needed. The humbling feeling to walk in the dark to the toilet watching the stars and listening if there is something between the sticks.
Cooking outside. Eating outside. No need for consumption. No longing for the look into the mirror. No stressing about anything.
Ozina Camp made me stop and listen to nature.
To pause and breathe. To ask what is needed to slow down. To see other forms of living.
